• You can buy multiple data plans ahead of time, but only one plan will be active at a time. The next plan starts only after the current one ends.
• The SIM card itself doesn’t expire even if there’s no balance.

How the Top-Up (Recharge) Works

1. Choose a Data Plan

You pick a plan based on:
• Country or region
• Amount of data
• Validity period (e.g., 7 days, 10 days, 30 days)
These plans can be single-country or global bundles.

2. Pay Online

You complete payment using:
• Credit/debit card
• Online banking
• E-wallets (like GCash or Maya)
• ShoreAccess Pay wallet (with cashback offers)
After paying, you’ll receive email confirmation with instructions.

3. Assign the Top-Up to Your SIM

You enter your SIM’s 20-digit serial number ( S/N Number) to load the purchased plan (either via the website or follow the activation link sent by email).

When Does It Start?
• Your top-up plan only activates when your phone connects to the supported local network at your travel destination. That means you can purchase and load the plan in advance — it won’t begin until you arrive and connect abroad.

How to Use It
1. Insert the SIM into an unlocked phone or device.
2. Turn on data roaming.
3. Restart your device.
4. When the SIM detects a local network, your data plan will start automatically.
(APN settings may need manual update. Refer to your order confirmation email for APN details.)
